As part of a teambuilding session, we participated with all the Dutch and French colleagues from our Amsterdam office at an "Intercultural Communication Workshop" organized in Amsterdam by Alicia Kreijger. The exchanges were numerous, well framed but open enough to give everyone the necessary space to express themselves. Alicia's enthusiastic personality and her attitude to listening gives real confidence and allows the participants to go beyond their own comfort zone. I salute the great professionalism of Alicia Kreijger, her fine knowledge of both Dutch and French cultures, her ability to lead discussion groups, her respect for differences. The exchanges were not only enriching but the accompanying theory was particularly enlightening on our two cultures.
I asked Alicia twice to run a workshop on interculturality: once for solopreneurs and once for jobseekers. She delivered each time a high quality content, with case studies, games, exercises, etc. She was able to engage with both audiences and the feedbacks were very positive and enthusiastic.
